Cog & Sprocket is led by Alexis Lloyd, a world-renowned designer and speaker, and Matt Boggie, a technologist and leader with nearly 20 years of experience. Matt and Alexis work at the cutting edge of emerging technological capabilities to design, build, and imagine new experiences. Together, we co-led The New York Times R&D Lab, guiding the lab to international renown for experiences and ideas that shaped the future of media. We also led the design and technology teams at Axios to build an innovative media platform from the ground up.
